Trailer - Submitted by Bill

I needed a large trailer to move around my toys. They are a bit expensive and the quality left a bit to be desired. I built my own over a couple of months on weekends. It measures 14" x 6" and even has an underfloor eski.

BBQ - Submitted by Chris

I had a dodgy old barby, but instead of buying a new one, i upgraded it with all steel from Midalia, tiles and laminate top from the big green hardware store.

SHADE SAIL PROJECT - Submitted by John Smith

The backyard pool needed some serious shade on those hot summer days, so I bought some galvanised RHS 100x100mm from Midalia Steel. The hardest part was digging the steel poles into the ground. Now the shade sail is up and it provides excellent protection from the sun and with the strength of steel it was still standing after the last storm! Certainly beats having umbrellas around the pool!

Motorbike Trailer - Submitted by Kev

For Christmas I am getting the kids and myself some off-road motorbikes, so I decided to build myself a trailer rather than buy one. I had an old trailer I could put off the mud flaps, light and fittings, so building a new frame from scratch was the best way, and very rewarding! I bought some engineered designs from the internet for $24, and then with the cut list, got the steel I needed from Midalia Steel in Welshpool. They had what I needed and gave me great service. They had the RHS, Angle, Chain and flat bar that I will need to finish the frame. Here is where I am, I will update the finished project later.

Quad Trailer - Submitted by Martin Hatt

I needed a trailer to carry our 4 Quads so i built this one it has a storage area under the front and also at the rear, it also has an aluminium tool box on the front along with 2 jerry can holders and also an 80ltr water tank above the axles.

Patio - Submitted by Michael

I really needed to get this done before my backyard wedding. I had 1 weekend to do it... As you can see the patio comes off the main roof and was all built using Midalia's patio tubing and roof sheeting. It was great as they had all the clips , guttering, downpipes to suit. Thanks maaate !!! LOL!!
