Terms and Conditions of Sale
This website is supplied by Midalia Steel Pty
Ltd., to provide you, our clients with information
for quotation purposes. We have endeavoured to
maintain the accuracy of the information provided,
using the relevant manufacturer's publications.

customers with calculations and quotations.
The prices contained within are inclusive
of G.S.T.

Prices listed are subject to change without
notice.

Prices may vary between outlets.

Prices set out or referred to herein are
recommended prices only, and there is no
obligation to comply with these recommendations.

|
Minimum invoice value is $22.00.
|
|
|
Our credit terms are NETT 30 days, unless
otherwise stated.
|
|
|
No claims for credit will be recognised
unless they are made within seven (7) days
from the invoice date. Where goods are returned
due to client error, we reserve the right
to charge a re-stocking fee.
|
|
|
a) A delivery fee of $27.50 will
be charged for all deliveries within a 30km
radius of the G.P.O. Should we be unable
to supply your order in one delivery, only
the initial $27.50 charge will apply.
b) A delivery fee of $45.00 will
be charged for all deliveries to Gingin,
Bindoon and surrounding areas.
c) A delivery fee of $27.50 will
be charged for all deliveries to Rockingham,
Mandurah and Pinjarra.

Orders must be received by 4.00pm on the
day prior to delivery.

The consequence of you not providing any information
requested by Midalia Steel Pty Ltd is that Midalia
Steel Pty Ltd may not be able to complete and
grant your Commercial Credit Application.

us, as below, and following authentication, we
will take reasonable steps to ensure that is corrected.
