This is the workshop for the poor bloke that doesn’t have a shed.

I lost my garage a few years ago when we needed extra an room to keep my daughter from having to move out. I built this big steel framed toolbox/shed with two swing-up doors between two existing brick piers where we have our cars parked.

Inside there is shelving, lights, power and the base of the box forms a solid bench worktop… all made using a duragal RHS, welded up into a solid box frame with corrugated steel cladding. The doors simply pivot up (with the help of some gas struts) to form shade and weather protection when needed.

I actually enjoy working outside and I can even work when its raining a bit.
